Local Pickup

Q: Can I pick my order up in person for free?
A: Yes, you can shop online then pick up your items in person from our showroom during regular business hours. During checkout choose the local pickup option then wait for us to send you an email that your order are ready for pickup before coming to the showroom. Do not come to the showroom to pick up your order unless we have sent you a ready for pickup notice.

Q: What do I need to bring with me when I pickup my order?
A: You will need a digital copy or hardcopy of your order confirmation.

Order Processing

Q: When I place an order online how long does it take to be processed and packed?
A: Most orders are processed within 4-24 hours but during high volume times may take longer.

Q: When and in what order are orders processed?
A: Orders are processed during regular business hours and orders are processed in the order they are received.

Order Modifications

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Contact us to cancel an order. Include the order number for the order you want to cancel, this can be found at the top of your order confirmation.

Good To Know
If an order has already been processed and shipped before we receive your cancel or modify order request then the order cannot be cancelled or modified. You will need to follow the return instructions found on our Shipping & Returns page.

If you want to add an item to an existing order and the order has already been processed you will need to make a separate purchase, this purchase will be processed as a new order and will be mailed out as a separate shipment.

Q: How do I special order an item?
A: If you don't see what you are looking for contact us to see if we carry the item or if we are able to special order the item for you.

How will I be invoiced for a special order?
A: We will email an invoice for the item(s) you want to purchase.

Q: How do I pay a special order invoice?
A: Click the complete your purchase link found at the bottom of the special order invoice email, you will be redirected to our website. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
